Welcome to National Cabs 24x7. By using our website or mobile app, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using National Cabs 24x7 services, you acknowledge and accept these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Service Use
National Cabs 24x7 provides taxi services including local rides, airport transfers, and outstation trips. You agree to use the services responsibly and lawfully.
3. User Accounts
To book a ride, creating an account may be required. You are responsible for maintaining your account confidentiality. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
4. Booking, Payments & Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. Fares displayed at booking are final. Payment is via secure online gateways. Refunds, cancellations, and modifications are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. No-Show
In case of no-show by the user, no amount will be refunded.
6. Cleanliness & Vehicle Use
Vehicles must be kept clean and used responsibly. Pets, goods, or items that damage the vehicle interior/exterior are not allowed. Users will be charged for any damage or cleaning costs incurred.
7. Vehicle Replacement
Replacement vehicles are provided within city limits only, subject to availability of similar category vehicles. Outside city limits, replacement may not be provided. National Cabs 24x7’s decision regarding replacement is final.
8. Fuel, Parking & Tolls
Fuel for chauffeur-driven cars is included in the package. Parking and toll charges are borne by the customer. Extra usage such as additional hours or kilometers will incur extra charges.
9. Other Conditions
- Night charges will apply as per applicable rates.
- GST and other government taxes apply as per current regulations.
- Interstate taxes, permits, tolls, and parking fees will be charged as per actuals.
- National Cabs 24x7 is not responsible for belongings left in vehicles or any losses incurred by users.
- Customer support is available 24/7 at our site contact page.
- Disputes will be resolved under the Indian Arbitration Act.
- Additional terms may apply on a case-by-case basis.
10. Ride Conduct
Passengers must follow safety rules and driver instructions. National Cabs 24x7 may refuse service for unsafe behavior, misconduct, or violation of laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
National Cabs 24x7 is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential losses from use of our services, including delays, accidents, or personal property damage.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes arising from these terms fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
